# Managing campaigns

## Where campaigns live

Campaigns are always managed within a media plan. There is no standalone campaigns view — navigate to a brand, then a media plan, to see and work with campaigns.

```
Brand → Media Plan → Campaigns
```

## Campaign status

* **Active**: Currently running and spending
* **Paused**: Temporarily stopped, can be resumed
* **Ended**: Completed or permanently stopped
* **Draft**: Created but not yet launched

## Campaign details

Each campaign shows:

* Name, status, budget, flight dates, targeting summary
* Performance metrics (DV360 campaigns)
* DSP connection for direct platform access

<Note>
  Meta campaign performance is viewed directly in Meta Ads Manager.
</Note>

## Working with campaigns through Concord

From a media plan page, ask Concord to create or update campaigns:

<Accordion title="Create from brief">
  "Create a prospecting campaign — \$30K budget, US, targeting 25-45 women, October 1–31, split by display and video."
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Update a campaign">
  "Extend the Back to School campaign by two weeks and increase the budget by \$5K."
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Budget adjustment">
  "Move €5K from the Display IO to the Video IO on this campaign."
</Accordion>

<Accordion title="Status change">
  "Pause the underperforming line items on the Summer campaign."
</Accordion>

All requests create platform actions that require your approval before being applied.

## Creative assets and IOs

* **Upload files**: Attach briefs, creatives, and documents to a campaign
* **IO documents**: Generate insertion orders from campaign parameters for stakeholder approval
