# Dashboards

> Ask Concord for a dashboard of your campaigns, and open it any time from the Dashboards page.

A dashboard is a page of KPI cards and charts that Concord builds from your campaign data. You describe what you want to follow in a conversation, and Concord assembles it.

Use a dashboard when you check the same figures regularly. For a one-off question, ask in the conversation: the answer comes back as [charts and KPI cards](/features/reporting/reporting-overview.md) in the thread.

## Prerequisites

The platforms you want to follow are connected under [Connectors](/integrations/integrations-overview.md), and within your [scope](/settings/managing-scope.md).

## Creating a dashboard

**1. Describe it in a conversation**

Name the campaigns, the platforms, and what you want to see. For example: "Build a dashboard of our Q4 campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google DV360."

**2. Concord builds it**

The dashboard is created with the title and description it chose, from the data your Connectors return.

**3. Open it from Dashboards**

Your dashboards are listed on the **Dashboards** page. Each one opens on its own page.

## What a dashboard can show

A dashboard is made of blocks. Concord picks the ones that fit your request.

| Block | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **KPI cards** | A headline figure such as spend, impressions, CPM, or CTR, with its change against the previous period and a small trend line |
| **Trend charts** | A figure over time, for instance daily spend by platform, over the date range shown under the chart title |
| **Bar charts** | A figure compared across platforms, campaigns, or any other breakdown, such as CPM by platform |
| **Donut charts** | How a total splits between its parts |
| **Tables** | The detailed figures, row by row |
| **Leaderboards** | Entities ranked on a figure |
| **Pacing lists** | Delivery against budget for each entity |
| **Heatmaps** | A figure across two dimensions at once |
| **Gauges** | A single figure against a target |
| **Callouts** | A short written note placed next to the figures |

The page header shows when the dashboard was **Last updated**. The figures come from the platforms, so the [same freshness rules](/features/reporting/where-numbers-come-from.md) apply.

## Working with a dashboard

| To | Do this |
| - | - |
| Change what it shows | Turn on **Edit** at the top of the page. You can then drag, resize, rename, and remove blocks |
| Share it | Click **Copy link** |
| Make it visible to the workspace | Open the **⋮** menu and choose **Share with workspace**. **Make personal** reverses it |
| Rename or delete it | Open the **⋮** menu. Only the creator and workspace admins can |

### Change one element with Ask

To change or question a single block without rewriting the whole dashboard, click it. A small **Ask** button appears at the pointer. Click **Ask**, describe what you want, and the conversation opens with the dashboard beside it, about that block. **Ask** is not available while **Edit** is on.

## Using a dashboard as your Home

Your Home is a dashboard of its own, one per person. Once it has at least one block, it appears on the Home page under the welcome message. Until then, Home looks as it did before.

A dashboard created from the **Dashboards** page cannot be switched into your Home. To put figures there, ask Concord for them in a conversation.

**1. Ask for it on your Home**

For example: "Add a KPI card with this month's spend on my Meta campaigns to my home dashboard." Concord checks that the block draws correctly before it saves it.

**2. Open Home**

The block is under the welcome message. Repeat to add more.

**3. Arrange it**

Open the **⋮** menu above the dashboard and choose **Edit dashboard** to move, resize, rename, or remove blocks. Choose **Stop editing** when you are done.

### Make your Home the team's Home

Home can also be set once for everyone. From your Home, open the **⋮** menu and choose **Make it the team's home…**. In **Apply to all**, pick **A new template** and name it, or **Update** an existing one, then click **Apply to all**.

* Every Home that has no blocks of its own now shows that template. When several exist, the one with the highest priority is shown, then the most recent.
* Your Home shows the template too, and follows its later changes.
* A Home showing a template displays the template's name. Click **Customize** to get a copy of your own that you can change, or choose **Show a template** in the **⋮** menu to follow a different one.
* Updating an existing template keeps its previous version, which can be restored.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Updating a template that someone else published is limited to its author and workspace admins. Anyone can create a new one.
