# DV360 Connection

## Setting up DV360 connection

<Steps>
  <Step title="Contact your account manager">
    Let us know which DV360 partners should be in scope for Concord. We handle the partner configuration on our end.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Concord as a standard user">
    Add `partners@concord.ad` as a **Standard User** to each DV360 partner in scope. Without this, Concord cannot make edits to your campaigns.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect in settings">
    Go to Settings → Integrations, click "Connect" next to Google DV360, and authenticate with your Google account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm connection">
    Verify the connection shows as active. Data sync begins automatically.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  `partners@concord.ad` must be added as a Standard User to every DV360 partner in scope. Without this, Concord can read data but cannot execute any campaign changes.

## What Concord can do with DV360

* Sync campaigns, media plans, and performance data
* Create and modify programmatic advertising campaigns
* Execute campaign changes and bid adjustments
* Generate performance reports

## Data synchronization

* Campaign data syncs automatically — no action needed
* New campaigns and changes appear in Concord shortly after creation in DV360
* Performance metrics update regularly
