# Google Ads troubleshooting

## A warning screen appears during connection

Click **Advanced**, then **Go to Concord**. The connection completes normally.

## A campaign was created but nothing is spending

Expected. Every Google Ads object Concord creates lands paused, on every tier. Ask Concord to enable the campaign, its ad group, and its ad — or flip them in Google Ads.

## Concord refuses a Display, Shopping, or App campaign

Those types are not supported. Concord supports Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max. Demand Gen also runs on YouTube, which covers a good share of what people reach for Display for.

## I need YouTube inventory

Demand Gen campaigns run on YouTube and are supported. Dedicated Video (YouTube reach) campaigns are not.

## An edit is rejected

Bidding parameters, campaign type, and network settings are create-only on Google Ads. Ask Concord to build a replacement campaign with the new settings instead.

## A child account is missing

Only accounts in scope are visible. If you use a manager account, its child customers appear as separate top-level accounts — an admin has to add the specific child you need in [Settings → Scope](https://app.concord.ad/settings/scope).

If the account is not in the scope list at all, check that your Google user has access to it on Google's side, then reconnect.

## A budget looks wrong by orders of magnitude

Check the account currency. Budgets are set per customer, and a figure quoted in the wrong currency is the usual explanation.

## Still stuck

[Contact support](mailto:support@concord.ad) with the campaign name and the account id.
