# Meta Troubleshooting

## Connection issues

* **Connection failed**: Verify eligibility requirements and try reconnecting in Settings → Integrations
* **Permission errors**: Verify access levels in Facebook Business Manager
* **Sync delays**: Check for temporary issues on Meta's side — sync resumes automatically

## Data discrepancies

* Allow time for recent changes to propagate from Meta Ads Manager
* Cross-reference key metrics directly in Meta for precision validation

## Manual refresh

The connection syncs automatically. Use the "Refresh" button in Settings → Integrations only if you suspect a sync issue — it is not needed on a regular basis.
