# Platform coverage

> What Concord supports on each advertising platform, at a glance.

Platform connectivity does not mean every platform feature is covered. This page is the honest summary; each connector page carries the detail.

## Universal rules

Two behaviours hold on every platform:

**Everything created lands in a non-active state** — paused, draft, or disabled depending on the platform. Activation is a separate operation. See [Testing without going live](/features/platform-actions/testing-safely).

**Nothing is written before you approve it.** See [Platform actions](/features/platform-actions/platform-actions-overview).

## If something you need is missing

Two different situations, and the connector pages distinguish them:

* **Not wired up yet** — the platform supports it, Concord has not built it. Tell us: these are prioritized by demand. [Contact support](mailto:support@concord.ad).
* **Not available from the platform** — the platform's own API does not expose it. The connector page says so rather than leaving you guessing.

Either way, the workable path is usually the same: do that specific step in the platform interface, and keep the rest of the workflow in Concord.
