# Collaborators

## Inviting team members

You can invite teammates to your Concord workspace directly from the app.

## How to invite someone

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open settings">
    Click your profile in the top right and select "Settings", then go to the **Collaborators** tab.

  <Step title="Send an invitation">
    Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and assign them a role. The invitation is sent immediately.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Resend if needed">
    Pending invitations appear in the members list. Use the action menu to resend or cancel any invitation.

## Roles

Each invitation requires a role:

* **Admin** — Full access including settings and integrations
* **Trader** — Can manage campaigns and brands
* **Viewer** — Read-only access

## Single organisation model

Each team member belongs to one organisation workspace. Campaigns, brands, and instructions are shared across the team.
