# Profile settings

## Viewing your profile

  Go to your profile in Concord.

    Click your profile in the top right and select "Settings".

    In the settings modal, the Profile tab shows your account information.

    See your current profile information including name, email, and avatar.

## Profile information

**Display name:** Your name as it appears to other team members in your workspace

**Email address:** Your login credentials (managed through your organisation's account settings)

**Profile avatar:** Your profile picture displayed in the interface

## Updating your profile

**Name changes:**

* Update how your name displays to other team members
* Changes appear immediately across all Concord interactions
* Your display name appears in chat history and platform actions

**Avatar updates:**

* Upload a new profile picture or choose from default options
* Recommended size: 400x400 pixels for optimal display
* Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF

  Email address changes are managed through your organisation's account administrator. Contact your account manager if you need to update your login email.
