# Roles and permissions

## User roles

There are two roles in Concord:

### Admin

Same as Member, plus the ability to edit workspace and brand instructions.

### Member

Standard access for day-to-day work in the workspace.

## Best practices

* Give **Admin** to workspace managers and senior team members
* Assign **Member** to the rest of the team
