# Support

> Where to start when something is not working, and how to reach us.

## Start here

Most issues fall into one of four categories, and three of them have an answer on this site.

## Connector-specific troubleshooting

Each advertising platform has its own failure modes:

[DV360](/integrations/dv360/dv360-troubleshooting) · [Meta](/integrations/meta/meta-troubleshooting) · [Google Ads](/integrations/googleads/googleads-troubleshooting) · [TikTok](/integrations/tiktok/tiktok-troubleshooting) · [Snapchat](/integrations/snapchat/snapchat-troubleshooting)

## The three most common questions

**"My campaign was created but nothing is spending."** Expected. Everything Concord creates lands in a non-active state, on every tier. Ask Concord to activate it. See [Testing without going live](/features/platform-actions/testing-safely).

**"Why did Concord do it that way?"** Ask it, in the conversation. It can state which Skills it applied. If the answer is wrong, the fix is usually a Skill rather than a one-off correction — see [Creating Skills](/features/skills/creating-skills).

**"An account I expect is missing."** Only advertisers in scope are visible. Check [Managing scope](/settings/managing-scope), then that your platform user still has access on the platform side.

## Ask Concord first

For anything about your own data, the conversation is faster than a support ticket. Concord can tell you what it read, when it last synchronized, what it validated, and what it submitted.

To get to an answer in one round trip, include:

* What you were trying to do
* The brand and media plan, or the campaign name and the platform account id
