How reporting works

Concord connects directly to your DSP accounts to pull campaign data on demand. When you ask a performance question, Concord:
1

Fetches data from the DSP

Pulls raw delivery, cost, and engagement metrics from your connected DSPs for the requested date range.
2

Analyzes the data

Computes derived metrics, spots trends, and answers your specific question.
3

Renders charts in the conversation

Results appear directly in the chat as interactive charts with KPI cards. No separate reporting tab to navigate to.

What triggers a report

You don’t need to explicitly ask for a report. Any performance-related question prompts Concord to fetch data and render charts automatically.
  • “How did the Summer campaign perform last month?”
  • “What’s the CTR on the Display line items this week?”
  • “Which creatives are driving the most completions?”
  • “Is the campaign pacing on budget?”
  • “Compare video vs. display performance”

Data sources

For Meta campaigns, performance data is viewed directly in Meta Ads Manager for now.
