Setting up Snapchat connection

Connect account
Go to Settings → Connectors, open Snapchat Ads, click Connect, and authenticate with your Snapchat Business account.

Put ad accounts in scope
Back on the connector page, Concord lists the ad accounts your account can reach. An admin turns on In scope for the ones the workspace works on and clicks Save scope. See Managing scope.

Confirm connection
The page shows Connected as with your account. Use the ⋯ menu to Reconnect or Disconnect.
What Concord can do with Snapchat
- Sync campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Read, edit, and create Snapchat creatives and media
- Execute campaign changes and budget adjustments
- Generate performance reports
Data synchronization
- Accounts in scope sync automatically. Campaigns, ad squads, and ads updated since 1 January 2026 are backfilled when the account enters scope.
- New campaigns appear in Concord shortly after creation in Snapchat
- Performance metrics update regularly
