Setting up Snapchat connection

Connect account
Go to Settings → Integrations, click “Connect” next to Snapchat Ads, and authenticate with your Snapchat Business account.

Select ad accounts
Choose which Snapchat ad accounts Concord should have access to. Only the accounts you select will be in scope.

Confirm connection
Verify the connection shows as active. Data sync begins automatically.
What Concord can do with Snapchat
- Sync campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Read, edit, and create Snapchat creatives and media
- Execute campaign changes and budget adjustments
- Generate performance reports
Data synchronization
- Campaign data syncs automatically — no action needed
- New campaigns appear in Concord shortly after creation in Snapchat
