Collection interaction zones and creative elements are immutable once created — recreate to change one.
Targeting availability is per country
A targeting value that is valid in one country is rejected in another. Concord resolves your targeting against the countries you are actually targeting and drops what is not available in all of them, telling you what it dropped. As a backstop, every ad squad create and update is pre-flighted before submission, so an invalid value is refused rather than left in a broken state. Interests: Snap’s native categories plus shopper and visitation segments are the usable set. Nielsen segments are available but gated by account entitlement — an unlicensed account is rejected at ad squad creation, and this is not caught by the pre-flight. If a Nielsen pick fails, use the Snap-native equivalent. Oracle Datalogix segments were sunset by Snap in September 2024 and cannot be targeted.Limits worth knowing
500 targeting criteria per ad squad. Above that, Snapchat moves the targeting into a sub-resource Concord does not manage: the squad then reads back with no targeting and edits fail. Split large postal or region lists across several squads. Ad squads authored outside Concord with multiple alternative entries in the same targeting dimension are collapsed to one entry per dimension when Concord edits them. Re-check such squads after an edit. Immutable fields. Snapchat re-validates the whole entity on every partial update, so changing something set at creation — the objective, the creative type — is rejected.Reporting
Impressions, swipes, spend, video views, quartiles and completions, screen time, unique reach and frequency, Lens metrics, and core conversions (installs, purchases and value, sign-ups, add to cart, view content, page views, app opens, checkout starts). Conversions use Snap’s default attribution windows — 28-day swipe, 1-day view — need a pixel or app on the account, and finalize later than delivery metrics. Breakdowns by country, age, and gender. Age and gender can be combined; they cannot be combined with a date or entity breakdown. Group by date for a daily trend, or omit it for a deduplicated period total — reach and frequency cannot be summed across days. Not available: configurable attribution windows, region and DMA breakdowns, device OS and make, interest category, MRC viewable impressions, billed revenue, the conversion long tail (subscriptions, custom events, SKAdNetwork), and product-level DPA breakdowns.Historical structure
Campaigns, ad squads, and ads are backfilled in the background when the ad account first enters scope, and only for entities updated on or after 1 January 2026. Anything last touched before that date is not in Concord. Not supported
