Connection issues

  • Connection failed: Verify eligibility requirements and try reconnecting in Settings → Integrations
  • Permission errors: Verify access levels in Facebook Business Manager
  • Sync delays: Check for temporary issues on Meta’s side — sync resumes automatically

Data discrepancies

  • Allow time for recent changes to propagate from Meta Ads Manager
  • Cross-reference key metrics directly in Meta for precision validation

Manual refresh

The connection syncs automatically. Use the “Refresh” button in Settings → Integrations only if you suspect a sync issue — it is not needed on a regular basis.
