Connect Google Ads

1

Connect account

Go to Settings → Connectors, open Google Ads, click Connect, and sign in with your Google account. Concord asks for access to Google Ads, plus your email and profile so the page can show which Google account is linked.
A warning screen may appear after you try to connect. To continue, click Advanced, then Go to Concord.
2

Put customers in scope

Back on the connector page, Concord lists every customer your account can reach. Manager (MCC) accounts are expanded: the customers underneath appear individually. An admin turns on In scope for the ones the workspace works on and clicks Save scope. See Managing scope.
3

Confirm connection

The page shows Connected as with the Google account. Use the ⋯ menu to Reconnect or Disconnect.

What Concord can do with Google Ads

  • Sync campaigns, ad groups, ads, and asset groups
  • Create and manage Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, App, and Video (YouTube) campaigns
  • Set bidding strategies, networks, and geo and language targeting
  • Manage keywords, attach existing negative keyword lists, and add ad extensions
  • Create custom segments, conversion actions, and attach conversion goals to campaigns
  • Pull performance reports, including video metrics like views, view-through rate, and CPV
See Google Ads management for the details.

Data synchronization

  • Customers in scope sync automatically. Campaigns that started in the last three years, or are still enabled, are imported in the background when the customer enters scope.
  • New campaigns appear in Concord shortly after creation in Google Ads.
