Scope defines which entities — Meta ad accounts and DV360 partners — Concord can read and act on in your workspace.

Open scope

Manage scope in Concord.

How scope works

The scope page shows all entities that are accessible through your connected integrations. You can put any of them in scope (Concord can access it) or out of scope (Concord ignores it entirely). Each row in the table shows:
  • Entity — Name, type (Ad account, Partner, or Advertiser), and platform ID
  • Members — Workspace members who have access to this entity on the platform
  • StatusIn scope or Out of scope
  • ActionAdd to put in scope, Remove to take out
DV360 partners are expandable: click the arrow to reveal the advertisers nested under a partner.

Permissions

Only Admins can add or remove entities from scope. Members can view the scope table but cannot make changes. You can only add entities that are already accessible to your connected account — Concord surfaces what’s available, you choose what to activate. For example:
  • For Meta, only ad accounts reachable by the authenticated user appear in the list
  • For DV360, only partners and advertisers where Concord has been granted access are shown
If an entity you expect is missing from the table, check that the connection is healthy and that access has been properly granted on the platform side. See DV360 connection or Meta connection.

Scope and brands

When you add an advertiser or ad account to scope, Concord automatically creates the corresponding brand in your workspace. The brand name is pulled directly from the platform. When you remove an entity from scope, the brand remains in your workspace but Concord can no longer sync or act on it.
Only entities in scope are visible to Concord. Campaigns belonging to out-of-scope accounts or partners cannot be read or edited, even if the integration is connected.
