Setting up DV360 connection

Initiate connection

Click “Connect” next to Google DV360 in your integrations settings.

Authenticate with Google

Log in with your Google account that has DV360 access permissions.

Grant permissions

Authorize Concord to access your DV360 account for campaign management.

Select partners

Choose which DV360 partners and advertisers Concord should have access to.

Confirm connection

Verify the connection is active and data sync begins automatically.

What Concord can do with DV360

  • Sync campaigns, media plans, and performance data
  • Create and modify programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Execute campaign optimizations and bid adjustments
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports

Managing DV360 partners

Partner selection:
  • View all available DV360 partners associated with your account
  • Select which partners Concord can access for campaign management
  • Update partner permissions as your business needs change
Data synchronization:
  • Campaign data syncs automatically every few hours
  • Performance metrics update regularly to ensure current reporting
  • New campaigns and changes appear in Concord shortly after creation in DV360

Refreshing DV360 connection

Check connection status

In integrations settings, verify your DV360 connection shows as “Connected”.

Refresh if needed

Click “Refresh” to update partner lists and sync the latest campaign data.

Troubleshoot issues

If connection problems persist, disconnect and reconnect your DV360 account.
DV360 connection requires appropriate permissions in your Google account. Work with your DV360 account manager to ensure proper access levels.
