Setting up DV360 connection

Contact your account manager

Let us know which DV360 partners should be in scope for Concord. We handle the partner configuration on our end.

Add Concord as a standard user

Add partners@concord.ad as a Standard User to each DV360 partner in scope. Without this, Concord cannot make edits to your campaigns.

Connect in settings

Go to Settings → Integrations, click “Connect” next to Google DV360, and authenticate with your Google account.

Confirm connection

Verify the connection shows as active. Data sync begins automatically.
partners@concord.ad must be added as a Standard User to every DV360 partner in scope. Without this, Concord can read data but cannot execute any campaign changes.

  • Sync campaigns, media plans, and performance data
  • Create and modify programmatic advertising campaigns
  • Execute campaign changes and bid adjustments
  • Generate performance reports

Data synchronization

  • Campaign data syncs automatically — no action needed
  • New campaigns and changes appear in Concord shortly after creation in DV360
  • Performance metrics update regularly
