Connection issues

  • Connection failed: Disconnect and reconnect the integration in Settings → Integrations
  • Permission errors: Verify that partners@concord.ad is added as a Standard User to all partners in scope
  • Sync delays: Check for temporary issues on DV360’s side — sync resumes automatically

Data discrepancies

  • Allow time for recent changes to propagate from DV360
  • Cross-reference key metrics directly in DV360 when precision is critical

Manual refresh

The connection syncs automatically. Use the “Refresh” button in Settings → Integrations only if you suspect a sync issue — it is not needed on a regular basis.
