Setting up TikTok connection

Connect account
Go to Settings → Integrations, click “Connect” next to TikTok Ads, and authenticate with your TikTok Business account.

Select ad accounts
Choose which TikTok ad accounts Concord should have access to. Only the accounts you select will be in scope.

Confirm connection
Verify the connection shows as active. Data sync begins automatically.
What Concord can do with TikTok
- Sync campaigns, ad groups, and ads
- Create and modify TikTok campaigns and targeting
- Execute campaign changes and budget adjustments
- Generate performance reports
Data synchronization
- Campaign data syncs automatically — no action needed
- New campaigns appear in Concord shortly after creation in TikTok
- Performance metrics update regularly
