User roles
Every member of a workspace has one of three roles:Owner
The person who created the workspace. Owners have the same permissions as Admins. Each workspace has exactly one Owner, and this role cannot be reassigned from the app.Admin
Everything a Member can do, plus workspace administration:- Team management — invite teammates, change roles, resend or cancel invitations, and remove members from Settings → Collaborators
- Scope — choose which advertisers and accounts are available in the workspace
- Workspace and brand instructions — edit the shared instructions that guide the Agent for the whole team
- Skills — create, edit, enable/disable, and delete workspace skills
Member
Standard access for day-to-day work: chat with Concord, manage campaigns and media plans, request and approve platform actions, and use reporting — within the scope set up by Admins. Members can view the workspace scope, members list, and skills, but cannot modify them.DSP connections are per user, not role-gated: every member — Admin or not — links their own DSP accounts from Settings → Connectors. Admins control which advertisers and accounts those connections expose to the workspace via scope.
Best practices
- Give Admin to workspace managers and whoever owns your DSP connections
- Assign Member to the rest of the team
