User roles

Every member of a workspace has one of three roles:

Owner

The person who created the workspace. Owners have the same permissions as Admins. Each workspace has exactly one Owner, and this role cannot be reassigned from the app.

Admin

Everything a Member can do, plus workspace administration:
  • Team management — invite teammates, change roles, resend or cancel invitations, and remove members from Settings → Collaborators
  • Scope — choose which advertisers and accounts are available in the workspace
  • Workspace and brand instructions — edit the shared instructions that guide the Agent for the whole team
  • Skills — create, edit, enable/disable, and delete workspace skills

Member

Standard access for day-to-day work: chat with Concord, manage campaigns and media plans, request and approve platform actions, and use reporting — within the scope set up by Admins. Members can view the workspace scope, members list, and skills, but cannot modify them.
DSP connections are per user, not role-gated: every member — Admin or not — links their own DSP accounts from Settings → Connectors. Admins control which advertisers and accounts those connections expose to the workspace via scope.

Best practices

  • Give Admin to workspace managers and whoever owns your DSP connections
  • Assign Member to the rest of the team
Admins can change a member’s role at any time from Settings → Collaborators, using the action menu next to their name.
