What are automations

Automations let Concord run a recurring task on a schedule without you in the loop. You configure what needs to happen, scope it to a brand or media plan, and set the frequency. Concord executes it autonomously at the scheduled time. Common use cases:
  • Weekly performance reports delivered every Monday morning
  • Daily budget checks across active campaigns
  • Recurring campaign updates at the start of each flight

Setting up an automation

1

Name your automation

Give the automation a clear name so you can identify it later.
2

Add a filter

Scope the automation to a specific brand or media plan. Concord will run in that context each time.
3

Write instructions

Describe what Concord should do each time the automation runs. Be as specific as you would in a chat: the report you want, the checks to perform, the actions to take.
4

Attach files (optional)

Upload any reference files Concord should use during the run, such as a brief, a targeting list, or a template.
5

Set a schedule

Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, etc.) and the time of day. Concord will trigger automatically at each interval.

What happens when an automation runs

Concord executes the instructions exactly as it would from a manual chat, using your workspace Skills for context. When the run completes, it sends an email summary with a direct link to open the conversation in Concord and continue from where it left off.

Early access

Automations are in early access. Contact support@concord.ad to get the feature enabled for your workspace.
