What action history is

The History page in Settings is a log of every platform action group your team has submitted, across all your advertising platforms. Use it to audit what changed or to review a specific teammate’s submissions.

Open History

Review your team’s submitted actions in Concord.
Each row shows the platform, the advertiser, the campaign, the user who submitted it, how many objects were created and updated, and when it was submitted. Click Load more to go further back. The History page with filters, Export CSV, and submitted platform actions

Filtering

Narrow the log by:
  • Platform — any of your advertising platforms
  • User — one teammate, or All users
  • Date range — a submission window
Click Clear to remove all filters. Active filters are kept in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view.

Details panel

Click a row to open a side panel with the campaign or advertiser name, who submitted it and when, and every action in the group with its fields, before and after, and its status.

CSV export

Click Export CSV to download the current view. The export respects your active filters and holds up to 10,000 rows; a final marker row tells you when the export was truncated.
