What are platform actions

Platform actions are proposed changes Concord creates when you request campaign modifications. No changes are ever applied to your campaigns until you explicitly approve them.

How platform actions work

1

You make a request

“Increase budget for my top performing campaigns by 20%”
2

Concord creates platform action

Detailed proposal showing exactly what will change, expected impact, and timeline.
3

You review and approve

Examine the proposed changes and approve or reject.
4

Changes are implemented

Only after approval are changes applied to your DSP accounts.

What platform actions include

Each action shows you:
  • Exact changes: Which campaigns, budgets, or settings will be modified
  • Expected impact: Predicted effect on key metrics like spend, ROAS, or reach
  • Timeline: When changes will take effect
  • Risk assessment: Potential downsides and safeguards
