How brands map to DSP advertisers

When you connect a DSP, Concord automatically creates one brand per advertiser. The brand name is pulled directly from the advertiser name in your DSP. All brand creation and mapping is handled by Concord — there are no manual fields to configure.

Changing advertiser assignments

To change which DSP advertiser is linked to a brand, ask Concord directly from the brand page:
"Reassign this brand to the Nike Running advertiser in DV360."
"Link the Meta ad account for Nike EMEA to this brand."

Merging or splitting brands

If your DSP structure has multiple advertisers that represent the same business entity, ask Concord to consolidate them:
"Merge the Nike Running and Nike Trail advertisers under a single brand."
For more complex restructuring, contact your account manager.

Missing or duplicate brands

Campaigns not appearing under the right brand:
"Why aren't my DV360 campaigns for Adidas showing under the Adidas brand?"
Duplicate brands for the same advertiser: Contact your account manager to consolidate duplicates, as these typically originate from duplicate advertiser structures in your DSP.
Any changes to brand-advertiser mappings take effect after the next DSP sync.
