Customizing brands in Concord

While brands originate from your DSP advertisers, you can customize them within Concord to better match your business structure and terminology.

Editing brand details

Basic information

1

Navigate to brands

Access the brands section from the sidebar navigation.
2

Select a brand

Choose the brand you want to modify from the list.
3

Update information

Modify the brand name, logo, or other details as needed. Changes apply within Concord while maintaining the DSP connection.

Customizable elements

  • Brand name: Update to match your internal naming conventions
  • Logo and imagery: Add visual assets that represent the brand
  • Domain information: Associate with company websites or landing pages
  • Description and notes: Add context for team members and the Agent
Brand customizations in Concord don’t affect your DSP account structure. They only change how brands are displayed and referenced within Concord.

Advanced brand organization

Brand consolidation

  • Merge related DSP advertisers under a single brand
  • Split complex advertiser structures into multiple brands
  • Reorganize brand hierarchies to match your business structure

Multi-DSP brand mapping

Brand naming best practices

Consistent terminology

  • Match internal names: Use the same brand names your team uses internally
  • Avoid acronyms: Unless they’re well-known within your organization
  • Clear differentiation: Make it easy to distinguish between similar brands

Agent-friendly names

The Concord Agent works best with:
  • Descriptive names: “Nike Running” vs “Brand A”
  • Consistent format: Use similar naming patterns across brands
  • Context clues: Include product categories or regions when helpful

Troubleshooting brand connections

Missing campaigns

If campaigns aren’t appearing under the right brand:
Verify that the campaign’s advertiser in your DSP matches the expected brand connection.
Ensure your DSP integration is active and syncing properly.
For complex mapping issues, work with your account manager to resolve advertiser assignments.

Duplicate brands

If you see duplicate brands for the same advertiser:
  • Check if multiple DSP accounts contain similar advertiser structures
  • Contact support to consolidate duplicate entries
  • Review your DSP account organization for clarity

Requesting brand changes

What you can do yourself

  • Update brand names and descriptions in Concord
