Quick setup

Connect your DSPs

Link DV360 and/or Meta accounts. Concord will automatically sync your campaigns, brands, and performance data.

Talk to the Agent

Ask questions like “What campaigns are running?” or “Show me top performers this month.”

Request changes

Say “Pause underperforming campaigns” - the Agent creates platform actions for your approval.

Approve actions

Review proposed changes before they’re applied to your DSP accounts.

Your role permissions

  • Org Member: View campaigns, use Agent, approve actions
  • Org Admin: Member permissions + manage organisation settings
  • Org Owner: Admin permissions + ownership capabilities
Contact your account manager to add team members or change roles.

After connection

Once DSPs are connected, Concord automatically creates:
  • Brands from your DSP advertisers
  • Media plans organized around campaign groups
  • Performance reporting (DV360 campaigns only)
